About Avigdor Fishman
Dr Avigdor (Victor) Fishman has been practicing Gastroenterology/Hepatology since completing his fellowship in 2001. After working in private practice in the Philadelphia area he made Aliya in 2005. He treats a wide array of gastro disorders including Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, esophageal disorders and liver disease. He also is an accomplished endoscopist performing upper endoscopies (gastroscopies) and colonoscopy with polypectomy.
Dr Fishman values his ability to listen to the patient trying to elucidate the diagnosis or the issue that is most troubling the patient. He also works in hand with nutritionists to evaluate the role of the diet in his patients disorders.
